Hi all - Happy New Year and best wishes for 2010!
Well the snow has proved to make for a picturesque and slightly disrupted start to the NewYear. We have only had to close for a day and a half as Donna abandoned Ship to make sure she got home. Bloxham was hit hard by the snow.
We are busy making plans for the New Year. Our new chiller will provide the opportunity for new Fresh ranges. We are also keen to get some hot options on the menu - Soups, Paninis etc (thank you to Gina at Caffe Chai, Warwick, for the tips!)
Our major push is for springtime and opening the barn for the better weather to build on the gifts and homeware sides. In fact we are off to London on Sunday for 'Top Drawer' 2010 for inspiration and suppliers. The success of the gift loft at Christmas has left us with a Dilema - should we keep it as is or make into a holiday let. Decisions, decisions!
